Abstract

Using a computer can increase your productivity and reduce your waste. It helps you organize and get a better understanding of data. Using a manual reservation can be quick and easy. However, as your business grows, the manual filling will be a problem. In the business world, you should be able to file, find, and store documents or data fast. As the researchers dealt with the client, they noticed that their employees are using manual reservations that can waste time and paper. The researchers proposed a computerized reservation system to easily manage Royal Touch Catering. This system is a reservation system that can enhance and improve their company. The researchers used the systems development life cycle, by which system analysts, software engineers, programmers, and end-users build information systems. The group also used a questionnaire for gathering information, planning an interview to know the problem of the system, and an observation to know how was the business process of Ms. Ferraren. The researchers developed a computerized reservation system for Royal Touch Catering Services that is useful, accurate, and user-friendly. This system will help their company have a better system in managing all reservations. The researchers solved the problem of the client in their manual system. The system enhanced the condition of manual to computerized, and the user can use it easily and lessen the time for transactions. A secured system is also safe from any trouble. The researchers created a user-friendly system that will make their business grow better.
