In this generation, computer technology is used in a variety of ways for everyday life. The computer becomes everyone’s necessity regardless if they realize it or not. Everyone is using technology to some degree, such as when setting an alarm clock or using mobile phones or gadgets to become updated in everyday life. Technology is used in education, industry, medical procedures, medical research, business, school, etc. A computerized scheduling system was proposed to Lagro Senior High School to create teachers’ schedules within a short time. The researchers studied to find a school with problems regarding its scheduling process. The researchers proposed a system for the chosen school to upgrade their manual procedures. The researchers interviewed the client and had a successful interview with the Lagro Senior High School principal. Using the waterfall model and the systems development life cycle method, the researchers developed a system to help the school with its problems. The main problem of Lagro Senior High School is poor planning of teacher’s schedules; they are running out of time to teach because their scheduling process has not been fixed due to their manual process. Lagro Senior High School also has a problem with security flow. Hence, anyone can change the schedule. To solve this problem, the researchers presented the proposed system to Lagro Senior High School successfully and implemented the system to the school in a fully functional condition. The proposed system included important features such as login and logout services and database maintenance. The login form was for the security of those who access the system. The system also had a login history function where one can find the previous account registered. The other feature of the system is having backup data where one can find the unintentionally deleted files and retrieve them. The findings demonstrated that the scheduling system of Lagro High School was successful. This study developed a new scheduling system that can help Lagro High School on creating and generating classroom and individual faculty and allows users to detect and prevent conflicts automatically upon the creation of the schedule. There is a printable form on the developed system. Hence, the researchers advise future researchers to improve the printable form for the school.
