Abstract

The enrollment system is the one of most important and evident not only in a university but also in lower levels of education. Accurate and efficient enrollment records help ensure a good impression of the institution on possible enrollees, encouraging them to matriculate in the institution. The purpose of the enrollment process is to provide a means for the staff and faculty members to write down the essential data during enrollment. As the enrollees increase every year, the enrollment process becomes harder to deal with. The amount of information that needs to be jot down also increases, thereby resulting in a slower process and arising confusion among the staff and faculty. The researchers used the systems development life cycle method, which includes a detailed plan for developing the system, including altering, maintaining, and replacing a software system. The researchers developed a computerized enrollment system for Payatas C Elementary School that will help the students enroll easily. The client will have a better process through the computerized enrollment process. The system was done and prepared well for the client. The system enhanced and improved the process from manual to computerized. Thus, the clients can use the system easily because it is user-friendly. The system will also be secured against any risk.
