In this generation, technology is used as a tool to do the job easily, especially when using a computer. A reservation system is used to store and retrieve information and conduct transactions related to the different kinds of services or activities. Tickled Treat Party Needs is owned by Mrs. Carla Genove. Tickled Treat Party Needs is a company that provides a service to the customer. The company name came from the owner of the company. The owner of Tickled Treat is a good client that was chosen by the researchers. Tickled Treat has a manual reservation system; hence, the researchers can help by making a system for reservations. The researchers used the systems development life cycle as a method; it is a step-by-step process that has seven phases, that is, planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance, which can guide the researchers. The researchers also gathered data by observing every client that makes a reservation at Tickled Treat. The researchers interviewed the Tickled Treat owner to know what they want to have in their system and decide what features and design that they want for the system. Tickled Treat has different problems. The first problem is a problem in security because they are using a manual reservation. In manual reservation, they may lose a record or misplace important documents. Thus, the researchers conduct systems that secure every data that they input into the system. The system has a login system to secure the system and cannot access by other people. The second problem is data redundancy because the owner is confused about every client’s data. Occasionally, they get wrong to give a service to every client. Thus, the researchers created a system to avoid the wrong service to their customers. The third problem is difficulty in checking files because they have a manual reservation system and every information is posted on the wall of their office. Thus, the system has a search bar. In the search bar, the owner can easily check information by searching information in the search bar. The researchers helped Tickled Treat to improve and get the fastest way of reserving clients every day. The researchers concluded that conducting a research project is not easy to do; when you are developing research, you have to take the risk of developing a system. Researchers recommended creating an online system to have an advanced system that will help future researchers.
