In the past years, the researchers saw the increasing popularity of beverages, such as milk tea, fruit shakes, and coffee or tea-based drinks. Meanwhile, there was no new food category in the market. Thus, the researchers came up with this business to introduce a new snack category in the market. A snack wherein people do not need tables, chairs, spoons, and forks. The researchers made a grab-and-go snack. They created waffles with a twist that can attract the customer’s attention. This time, they tried some Filipino dishes for fillings, where they can enjoy eating them in the form of waffles. The method used for this study was the quantitative research method. The researchers surveyed 50 respondents, including 26 females (52%) and 24 males (48%). A total of29 respondents are students (58%), 15 respondents are privately employed (30%), and 6 respondents are self-employed (12%). The purpose of this survey was to give a new face to an ordinary classic waffle, create a new twist, and introduce Filipino delicacies to others. The results of the survey showed that the respondents are satisfied with the outcome of promoting a free taste as the best advertisement tool that will help the business be recognized as unique fillings in the waffle industry. In terms of the financial aspect, Wander Waffle is accessible and profitable to the market and can generate enough revenue. The return on investment is expected in the early years of the business. Given that the business is only in the Philippines, the researchers recommended expanded the business locally and internationally to attract investors and promote local waffle that has a unique filling. The researchers also recommended that the business should add more products.
