Abstract

The food that we eat has many advantages and disadvantages depending on what type of food it is. While we eat to gain energy for our daily lives or satisfy ourselves, it is also important for them to be watchful about it. The World Health Organization reported that approximately 16.0 million (1.0%)individuals have disability-adjusted life years, which is a measure of the potential life lost due to premature mortality and years of productive life lost due to disability. A total of1.7 million (2.8%) of the deaths worldwide are attributable to low fruit and vegetable consumption. In this study, we used a survey questionnaire(a checklist)to gather information. The results of this study showed that we used to see how our product will enjoy being enjoyed by the respondents and how it will become popular with the community. Our product has good ingredients that will help customers because it can be eaten as a substitute for junk food. It can also help the market because our product is unique.
