A Feasibility Study on the Establishment of Puto Leche Flan with Carrots in Bestlink College of the Philippines

Abstract

The researchers encountered the problem that many of teenagers or what we cold is millenials and kids or children are do not eating vegetable. The researchers came up the study about vegetable that not mostly eaten by millennials and kids . Carrots is one of that. The researchers think that the leche flan is one dish that millennials favorites then we combined the carrots and leche flan to add another twist we combined another product which is the puto. Carrots is one that needs of our body specially in millennials that always used a gadget carrots prevent the poor eyesight, promote healthier of skin, prevent the body infection, Prevent heart disease, Protect teeth and gum and Prevent the stroke. The researchers used survey method because its easy to get some commitment their feasibility study. The researchers get a 10 respondents to answer the survey questionnaire that the researchers to know the opinion about their research. The researchers found out that of 10 of respondents, 75% of the respondents satisfied with the Product ( Puto Letche Flan ) the Product of researchers that contain Puto Letche Flan, and Carrots in one Dish, Price (12.00 each) the price got to the price costing of product, place (Bestlink College of the Philippines) the place where the business build, and Promotion (discounting) the researchers give the customers discount for able to them to come back in the store of researchers and buy lot of product 15% of respondents agree and enjoying the product of the researchers. And the other 10% says that the researchers need to improve their product or strategies in their business concept. With the total of 100% of respondents participate and help the researchers about their product and their need to improve by their opinion and answer in the questionnaires. Based on the information gathered by the researchers, they know that their product will be acceptable in the market because based on the survey, 75% of their respondents agreed that they like their Puto Letche Flan with Carrot.
