The researchers made this research about squash tikoy with cheese to tell other people that our product is not simple and has many health benefits. Squash is one of the most versatile and delicious foods available throughout the world, and it has many health and medicinal benefits. Differents quash varieties have various benefits, which include the ability to improve vision, aid skin care, strengthen the immune system, prevent cancer, manage symptoms of diabetes, build strong bones, and protect heart health. The researchers want to promote healthy and convenient way of eating tikoy by introducing varieties of squash with cheese to the consumers. It would benefit not only consumers, but it will also help Filipino farming industries. This study utilized experimental and survey methods of research. The researchers used the experimental method and simple sampling technique. The differences in the terms of taste, aroma, nutritional value, and presentation were not significant. The weighted mean was high; hence, our research is good. Our product tastes good and has many health benefits. For people who do not eat squash, the researchers concluded they may eat squash tikoy with cheese because it is good for our body. Future researchers should study this product further to improve it.
