Potatoes are excellent sources of many vitamins and minerals such as calories, protein, potassium, vitamin C, etc. Peanuts are rich in protein, fat, and various healthy nutrients. Thus, we created a cheesy potato croquette coated with nuts to combine potato, meat, cheese, and nuts as a healthy snack. Experimental methods involved manipulating one variable to determine if changes in one variable will influence other variables. A survey questionnaire, which is a type of data gathering method that is utilized to collect, analyze, and interpret different views of a group of people, was used here. We also used simple random sampling, which is a basic sampling technique where we select a group of subjects for study from a larger group, to select the respondents. The results showed that teachers got a weighted mean of 4.0, which had the verbal interpretation strongly agree. The students obtained a weighted mean of4.1, which had the verbal interpretation strongly agree. Hence, the difference between the two groups of respondents is significant. Cheesy potato croquette is good to eat as a snack because of the benefits and our unique concept. We hope that future researchers will help improve this snack.
