Abstract

Wine is an alcoholic drink made of fermented grapes. Yeast consumes the sugar in grapes and converts it to ethanol, carbon dioxide, and heat. Red wine is made of dark-colored grape varieties. White wine is made of non-colored grape pulp. The researchers thought of a unique and innovative product that can compete with other products in the market. This product was made from fermented mangoes or mango wine and coffee mixture. This product is unique because of its mango flavor and coffee aroma. Qualitative research was used here. The researchers used a simple random sampling technique, where every item selected in the population has an even chance and likelihood of being selected in the sample. A questionnaire was constructed to collect information from the respondents. The results showed that the students obtained a weighted mean of3.62, with the verbal interpretation of strongly agree. The teachers obtained a weighted mean of4.09, with the verbal interpretation of strongly agree. Hence, the difference between the two groups in terms of the aforementioned variables is not significant. The researchers concluded that the two groups of respondents agreed on the abovementioned variables. The proponents recommended that future researchers should think of a unique, new, and innovative product. They should also manage their budget for the study properly, be responsible for the task assigned, and always be cooperative because everyone must work with their assigned tasks.
