Abstract

Shawarma is a combination of meat and bread that will cover the outside parts of this product. In this study, we determined the benefits, advantages, and disadvantages of shawarma to other people who tasted this product. We chose to set up a shawarma stall to promote a healthy diet. The food is wrapped in pita bread, which can give nutrients to our bodies. The method we used here was experimental. We used a survey questionnaire to know the opinion of the respondents about our product. The overall weighted mean for the student was 3.54, and that for teacherswas3.56. Hence, the outcome of this survey strongly agrees that tuna shawarma is acceptable. Tuna is among the most recognizable teleost fish and is widely distributed throughout the world. However, the distinctive anatomical and physiological features of tuna are less well known to the public as some have only been recently unraveled. Tuna is tastier because of the balance ingredients. The product already has a good packaging presentation. The taste of the dressing is delicious because it is newly made. The product has nutritional value, such as vitamins and minerals. The product is also good for the heart and has low cholesterol content. Future researchers should make a new twist to make this product to improve the taste, aroma, nutritional value, and packaging.
