Abstract

Guava (Psidium guajava)is a tropical tree that originated in Central America. Guava fruits are oval with light green or yellow skin. Guava fruits are rich in antioxidants. rich in fiber, and has a low glycemic index. Cupcakes are small baked products in a paper container shaped like a cup that often has icing on top. Cakes and cupcakes are excellent sources of carbohydrates. Nuts are good sources of fat, fiber, and protein. Nuts also have many vitamins and minerals. We conducted this study about guava cupcakes with nuts because we want to introduce a new product to customers. We also made this product to help other people understand the importance of guava fruit in our bodies. This study used an experimental research method wherein the researchers determine the level of acceptability of guava cupcake with nuts. We used also a survey questionnaire to gather information from the respondents. A simple random sampling technique was used to select the respondents. The overall weighted mean was 3.98, with the verbal interpretation of strongly agree. The difference between the assessment of the two groups of respondents based on the presented variables was significant. We concluded that the product was accepted by teachers and students. Based on the findings of this study, there are some things to consider when making the product. You have to consider if your main product is seasonal or not and if the product is unique. Weusedfresh guava fruit to give health benefits to people who will eat this product. Based on the findings and conclusion presented, we recommended using fresh fruit guava. The researchers encouraged future researchers to conduct further studies on this topic.
