Abstract

Pizza was brought by Italian immigrants with them to Spain, France, England, and United States. Pizza became popular in America after the soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II. During the latter half of the 20th century, pizza became an iconic dish of considerable popularity in the United States. Banana and Jackfruit can be found anywhere and anytime. Most pizza toppings are vegetables and meat. Pineapple is the only fruit that is used as pizza toppings. Hence, the researchers made a pizza with banana and jackfruits as toppings. In this study, the researchers used an experimental research design. The researcher used random sampling to select the respondents. The researchers also used a survey questionnaire to gather data from the respondents. The results showed that in terms of texture, aroma, and appearance, the teachers and students strongly agreed. Overall, the teachers and students strongly agreed. Hence, the differences in all cited variables are not significant. Banana Jackfruit Pizza hasaunique taste.Some respondents also said that it has a unique concept. The researchers recommended that future researchers should use bananas and jackfruit as their innovative products. The researchers also recommended that future researchers should use jackfruit jam in case of emergency because jackfruit is a seasonal fruit. They also need to have their source of jackfruit.
