Abstract

Hotel and Restaurant Management is a system that deals with the systematic flow of hotels and restaurants. It pictures out the step-by-step process of every department and also where Human Resource, Core, Logistics, Admin, and Finance are created. Waste management is the activities and action that is required to manage waste from its inception to its final disposal. Waste management includes waste collection, transport, treatment, and disposal together with monitoring and regulating the waste management process. Waste management developed the execution of proper waste management in the industry. Waste management deals with all types of wastes, including industrial, biological, and household wastes. The proponent used the agile scrum methodology. A project management system relies on incremental development. Each iteration consists of 2–4 week sprints, where each sprint’s goal is to build the most important features first and come out with the potential result of the product. A processed framework for managing complex knowledge work with an initial emphasis on software development, although it has been used in other fields, slowly started to be explored for research and advanced technologies. The researchers identified the common problem in every company, which is waste. The team created a system that monitors and tracks the waste inside the hotel and restaurant and created functions such as disposed as repair and auction. As a result, our team created a system that suits the problem perfectly and helped the company to operate smoothly. Based on the results, the proponents showed the possibilities of creating a system that helped young aspiring innovators. The use of a cloud-based system reformed the IT industry and upgraded students in innovating simple ideas into a finer community.
