Abstract

Logistics 2 is the process of planning and carrying out adequate storage and transportation of
commodities from the point of origin to the end of demand. The goal of logistics is to quickly
and efficiently satisfy client needs. Fleet management, vehicle reservations, document
tracking, audit management, and vendor portal are some of the variations offered by Logistics
2.

Researchers found three factors: PRODUCTIVITY, EFFICIENCY, and SECURITY. The
developers are working on a solution where notifications and due dates can be given to track
specific documents. When scheduling deliveries, making an early reservation can also help
avoid running out of vehicles to choose from. Everything that has to do with the movement and
storage of goods falls within the scope of Logistic 2, and our system specializes in the
planning, tracking, auditing, and controlling of the transportation of goods. As a result of this,
our system will be more productive going forward.

The tasks associated with Logistics 2 are extremely varied. Some businesses choose to staff
their operations with a larger workforce. According to the findings of our research, each
module that falls under Logistics 2 requires between three and five employees to work with it
effectively; however, putting our system into place will only require one employee per module
to handle the tasks. It is more manageable, less expensive, and more time-efficient. Because
of this, our system operates at a higher level of efficiency. Transportation and vehicle handling
are both under the purview of the Logistics 2 department in the company. Additionally, it
operates the Vendor portal, which the corporation provides. As a consequence of this, it
justifies having adequate protection against the theft of data. This is also one of the reasons
why our system is more secure.
