Abstract

Logistics management is the strategic process of planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient flow and storage of goods, services, and information from the point of origin to consumption. It involves coordinating various aspects of supply chain operations, including transportation, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution, with the goal of optimizing resources, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demands. Effective logistics management plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall success.

The research team used Agile methodology in airport logistics management. This method is intended for rapid development. It includes project planning, the creation of a product road map, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The project team began by reviewing several research papers in this field and then extracted all of the important data about our research. For its adaptability to rapidly changing passenger demands, enabling quick adjustments in processes, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining service excellence despite unpredictable operational conditions. Ensures adaptable and iterative strategies to efficiently handle fluctuating cargo volumes, optimize ground handling processes, and swiftly address evolving customer needs.

As a result, the development team established Maintenance repair and overhaul, Asset Management, Warehousing, Procurement, Project Management, Vehicle Reservation, Audit Management, Fleet Management, and Vendor Portal. This system will assist the logistics staff in monitoring and evaluating every project and product that comes into the company. In airport management, effective logistics ensure seamless movement of goods, passengers, and services, optimizing operations, reducing delays, and enhancing overall traveler experience through efficient handling of resources and processes. A programmer created a system that will assist both staff in managing work monitoring and evaluation.

The developed system is a huge help to the logistics staff. We need to collaborate with every company and worker, especially now that we're facing an economic standard, so the development team creates a system that will help Airport management and Logistics staff evolve through technology integration, data-driven decision-making, and a focus on efficiency to streamline operations, enhance passenger experience, and optimize supply chain coordination.
