The development team was able to give good results with the method they used to collect information, and they resolved the old administrative system. Legal Management makes contracts, agreements, and complaints. Facilities Reservation manages the facilities used by applicants and passengers. Document management (archiving) can be used to store unnecessary documents for the company. Visitor Management is the latest method for airport visitors to use a QR code from an email. User Management manages the account of the newly hired applicant and can send it to each of their emails.

The system and the effectiveness of the administrative process can both benefit from the implementation of an administrative management system. To further enhance the development of the system, it is necessary to collect feedback from the administrative team and employees and also include the requirements of the product owner. The administrative team will strive to fulfill the owner's goals. To speed up the development of each module, researchers must perform each role correctly.
