Abstract

Bill Gates once said, “There is no such thing as perfect software, for there is always room for improvement.” In the modern age where technology runs almost the entire daily work basis, one’s job is never to stop finding flaws in the system. The researchers rely on software to do the job accurately and reliably. Even the school facilities, some workers had, if not once, but often problems regarding technical difficulties and system failures. And the project study, as a research title suggests, the researchers created a system that can manage data relative to administrative management, a real-time integrated system that can input, process, and make an output following with the business processes recommended by the people that the proponents interviewed and with some guidance of researches they have conducted themselves. The proponent used agile methodology for it is the most relevant, effective, and efficient method that the proponent can use to complete the research or project. The idea is to increase productivity and deliver a significant value early in the process, making it easier to minimize risks related to development. The proponents successfully conducted the project and with the outputs given, conclusions have been made. It is concluded that the administrative management system is delicate if not hard to apply in systematic procedures. System generated data are sometimes unreliable because of some factors related to inputs and processes. But in the long run, there will be simpler procedures that will be discovered and might be helpful in the modern age digital processes. Administrative procedures are a set or system of rules that govern the procedures for managing an organization. These procedures are meant to establish efficiency, consistency, responsibility, and accountability. The project shows the following issues that the proponents and the advisers find compromising but also can be fixed in a given time. 1) The administrative system must have a printing function for the reports that may be needed by the admin. 2) The system must be connected to each department to generate reports/requests. 3.) The design is extremely dark for some people and needs to be changed with a slightly light theme. Some minor errors are also observed, but the project is a success all in all. However, this system still has room for improvement.
