Abstract

E-commerce vendors offer a variety of products online. However, many vendors face challenges due to outdated systems. They struggle to manage their inventory properly, leading to problems such as overstocking, stockouts, and inefficient use of warehouse space. This results in poor customer service. Missed sales opportunities and delayed deliveries contribute to lower customer satisfaction. The project team aims to address these issues by making inventory management easier and improving the efficiency of order processing. The project team adopts an agile methodology to gather data through stakeholder interviews, workflow process observations, and critical feedback analysis. They prioritize essential features for the APZSHOP E-commerce vendor platform and create a task backlog for each sprint. Tasks are completed iteratively, with daily stand-up meetings to ensure clear communication and progress tracking. At the end of each sprint, the team conducts reviews to assess progress and make necessary adjustments. This agile approach ensures the platform remains aligned with user needs, continuously improving based on stakeholder input and adapting to the evolving requirements of the e-commerce environment. The APZSHOP e-commerce vendor platform has delivered significant benefits to all stakeholders in the e-commerce industry. A standout feature is the real-time inventory tracking system, which provides vendors with up-to-the-minute updates on stock levels, allowing them to efficiently manage restocking and avoid stockouts.
