Teacher Profiling System for Novaliches High School

Abstract

Technology makes daily lives better and easier. Technology is also being used to accomplish specific tasks. A profiling system can be used to gather data about the profile of teachers. This system can perform the manual through a computer, which is faster and easier than the manual process. It will benefit the school administrator of Novaliches High School to generate the fast processing of managing teacher’s information. A profiling system was designed for the use of school administrators to make easy, fast, and accurate processing of teachers’ records. We used the systems development life cycle (SDLC) method in the development of the profiling system. We studied how the system will work, determined the users’ needs, and recommended a solution. The data were gathered from the respondents to determine their perception of the problems they experienced or encountered in the existing manual of the registrar. Flowchart, ERD, and UML were used to represent the flow of data in the system. The study was achieved because we developed and implemented the profiling system effectively in Novaliches High School that is fast, accurate, and accessible. The staff has difficulty in finding the name of the teachers because of many documents in their office. With the use of our computerization system, it will be easier for the school administrator to find information about the teacher, and their stakeholders will have a better service in managing all the records of the teachers. This system will automate the records and process of teacher profiling. It will provide the teachers the information they need much faster than manual. The computerized system is put into service for the users to start utilizing the system for review. Our client prefers to change their current manual system for easy processing in managing all the records of their teachers. It enhanced the management decision and improved the services to all the stakeholders of Novaliches High School. The information of the teachers is now secured. This system also helped reduce the tasks of the registrar office staff.
