Caritas Novaliches Inc. is a non-stock and non-profit corporation that has been operating for
ten years. It was registered with the SEC on November 7, 2005, and has programs such as
The Health and Nutrition, Educational Assistance Program, Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Program, Crisis Intervention Program, and Pastoral Care for Women and
Children (PCWC). One of the researchers has been a scholar of Caritas Novaliches since
2019 and is currently an intern with a task relating to office procedures. She revealed that they
have a lot of disorganized files in their storage, and their filing procedure isn't quite regulated.
The goal of the study is to understand and utilize the record management services offered by
Caritas Novaliches Inc.
Caritas Novaliches Inc.'s records management services will be evaluated and used. They
organize their records into categories once a year, one for each activity, in a steel filing cabinet
with a key, numbering system, and color coding. The researchers proposed guidelines,
including training, seminars, and meetings, allocating funds for extra steel filing cabinets as a
useful storage option that should be used properly in order to boost productivity and prevent
fines.
The participants surveyed are three bachelor's degree holders, program coordinators, and
one is an executive director's assistant. Both manual and computer filing were done in a
system designed specifically for the parish and used over the course of a year. It's possible to
find training sessions, filing cabinets, and storage space for papers at Caritas Novaliches Inc.
Most survey participants prefer manual filing because they are not proficient computer users.
The survey participants concurred that the services had an effect on the law because they
allowed for quick access to and compliance with the law by government entities.
