Feasibility Study on Establishment of Dollars Computer Sales and Services in Tandang Sora Avenue, Quezon City

Abstract

Dollars Computer Sales and Services is a computer retail store that focuses to provide a high-quality product and a variety of computer-related services to satisfy the target potential customers, allowing them to experience the best products that they can afford at a discounted price and offering them a unique lounge to entertain the customers in the lobby while waiting. The research method used here was qualitative analysis. The research determined the viability of the business and identified the factors and potential problems that can occur in developing the business idea. The researchers surveyed 50 respondents composed of25 residents, 10 students, and 15 employees around Tandang Sora Avenue, Quezon City. The purpose of this survey was to identify if the target market will patronize the product and services offered by the business. The results of this study identified the viability of the business, proving to see a great deal in the computer industry. People in Tandang Sora need computer products, especially services. Executing promotional strategies and more advertisements for the customers will increase the sales of the business. Providing unique computer services will help the business become profitable. Stocking products every month will help the business maximize its capital. The researchers found out that a computer retail store is needed in Tandang Sora Avenue, Quezon City. The researchers recommended making a computer package to attract customers at a price that they can afford. The researchers also recommend boosting the social media advertisement and sales promotional activities for the business to become well-known by the target customers. The management should make a company website and social media page to execute promotional strategies and advertise for the business to be known in the market, provide services to satisfy the customers, and make the lounge more appealing for the customers waiting for the service to be done. The researchers also recommended getting a bank loan to make the capital large to stocks more products.:
