Transportation services have become increasingly important in today's economy as more
and more businesses rely on delivery services to reach their customers. In this regard, many
trucking companies are continuously improving their transportation services to meet the
growing demands of their customers. One such company is Four Aces Logistics Services,
which provides transportation services to the meat industry.

The results of the study revealed that the majority of respondents, according to age (40-49
years old), gender (male), and number of months as a customer (10 months and above),
interpreted the assessment of Four Aces Logistics Services’ transportation services in terms
of reliability, empathy, tangibility, assurance and responsiveness as “Strongly Agree” with a
composite weighted mean of 3.55. The problems encountered by the respondents in
transportation services were mainly related to a lack of GPS tracking, delayed deliveries,
poor customer service, unprofessional and careless drivers, and damage to goods.
From the results, the following recommendations are that the company should strive to
maintain a high level of dependability for its customers. It should continue to focus on
providing reliable, empathetic, tangible, assured, and responsive transportation services.

The company should continuously monitor and improve its services in order to ensure that
they are performing at an optimal level. To modernize its transportation services, the
company should invest in GPS tracking, ensuring timely delivery, improving its customer
service standards, and hiring trained and experienced drivers. The company may also use
the standards guide created by the researchers to improve delivery services. It ensures
uniformity, guides all personnel to be aware of the same procedures, and improves customer
