Being overweight is a common occurrence nowadays because everyone loves to eat delicious foods, but not all people have self-control, thereby decreasing one’s confidence to socialize because they gaining weight. Being overweight also causes people to be conscious of their body figures and health. Eat’s Yum is a business that serves low-carb foods that are good for dieting and improving health. It is a business that aims to help people who want to lose weight and gain their confidence, as well as those who eat a small portion of delicious food in fear of gaining weight and aim to improve or maintain their health. The research methods utilized in the study were thequalitative research method and purposive sampling technique, which can conduct a survey and answers the pointed problem. The researchers surveyed 50 respondents in Commonwealth Avenue, North Fairview, Quezon City where the business will be established totest the level of acceptability. Researchers also applied the financial statement in the study to test the level of profitability in terms of financial viability. Based on the results of the survey conducted, Eat’s Yum is extremely acceptable because it will offer healthy foods that are good for dieting and improving health; the price is also affordable. The business location also got a high percentage of acceptability in terms of its accessibility and visibility. The proposed study is acceptable and profitable to the market due to its uniqueness and benefits in terms of health although the entry bar for starting the business is high. This business can generate enough revenue to return the investment. The results also indicated that the proposed study can operate. If it is managed well, then the business will continue to grow successfully. Eat’s Yum is highly recommendable to the people around the business location and for people aiming to lose weight and improve health because the business is considered as a necessity and offers low-carb foods. Low-carb foods are the most recommended type of food by many doctors for a healthy diet. The respondents suggested that we improve pricing strategies, make promotional tools, and continually innovate the products offered to gain a competitive advantage because the competition in this industry is high risk.
