The business will be known as Peculiar Emporium. Peculiar Emporium comes from the Latin word Peculiaris, which means private property, special, and unique, and Emporium, which comes from the Greek word Emporion (means trader or shop). The business will help the company, retailers, and institutions to give unique and special giveaways and souvenirs. Souvenirs, giveaways, and customized stuff are a way of giving freebies or a gift to make someone feels good, and making it customized makes it more special and unique. Because of the changing environment today, the need for innovation for this kind of stuff is high. This business can solve the problem of all customers regarding in what the customer will give to a particular people or group. The researcher used a survey questionnaire as an instrument to evaluate and understand how to satisfy the customer by addressing their needs and wants through the goods offered by Peculiar Emporium. The survey was answered by college students, employees, and teachers. To know the right price for each product, the right location for the business, promotion of the business, and the product’s twist which is the customized bags, and understand the customer’s perception toward the proposed business. The researchers concluded that most women use bags often compare to men based on the survey they conducted. The target market should be the students, teachers, and employees who are studying and working within West Fairview Quezon City. Through the survey questionnaire, the researchers recommended that the uniqueness and quality of the products by seeking what is the best to the target market to win customer satisfaction and increase the range of the target market the products and service may serve as a tool to give what is the best to every customer that longing to unique qualities according to their genders and perspective. Change is the only constant thing in this world. The trends and needs of the customers are always changing to allow the customer business to offer different styles and designs that catch the attention of the customer.
