Analysis of Benefits of Making Fertilizer by Using Waste Vegetables for Grade 12 ABM Strand Students in Bestlink College of the Philippines

This action research focused on improving the proper segregation at Bestlink College of the Philippines regarding vegetable waste for our garden to make the plants grow. The researchers believed that this topic is extremely serious because all vegetables are wasted, but think all of the people who are involved in this situation. People should know the way to make the waste a product to help the school by providing fertilizers needed by the plants to grow healthy. The objective of this study was to save money. The money that is supposed to be used to buy fertilizer can be used to buy seeds to create fertilizer, reduce vegetable waste, and avoid floods. The researchers used the qualitative method. The respondents of this research were 50 selected grade 12 Accountancy, Business, and Management Strandstudents. We gathered information about how vegetable waste can help our environment. In terms of planting, to grow plants healthy and create a product such as fertilizer/organic fertilizer. o maintain the effectiveness of vegetable waste, it should always be managed for the proper waste segregation of biodegradable and non-biodegradable trash; biodegradable waste, such as vegetables, can be made into fertilizer; biodegradable waste such as vegetables can be made into fertilizer. The results of this study showed that having proper waste segregation (i.e., biodegradable and nonbiodegradable) can maintain the effectiveness of vegetable waste to make it fertilizer. We came up with this study to help the school become more beautiful and give some knowledge to the students on how to make fertilizers.
