Teacher Profiling System for Tala High School

In the 21st century, new and modern technology was developed. A computer is one of the essential tools used by people; it can store data in many forms. Tala High School is still growing through the success and good management of its principal, thereby reaching higher heights to serve and welcome new students. A profiling system refers to the process of application of a user’s profile generated by the computerized application to manage the information. In the proposed system, the researchers added a teacher evaluation to evaluate if the teacher achieved a good performance. The method used the systems development life cycle waterfall model, which is composed of planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance, to achieve the objectives and goals of the proposed system. Through this method, the researchers can finish or create the proposed system accurately and successfully. The researchers also gathered information through interviews to know the other information of the client. The system can perform the tasks applicable to the needs of the client’s process. The results showed that the system can help the clients to improve the current process that they are using in the sorting of teachers’ profiles, monitoring teacher evaluations, storage management of records, and making sure that the data are secured. The researchers’ solution for the aforementioned problems was creating a database for record management and profile storage of profiles to manage them easily and effectively store them for easy sorting and retrieval. This system can add profiles, show the records, update records, add profiles, evaluate the teachers from each department, and retrieve profiles. This research can help future researchers to know what is a profiling system and what is the process of this research or study. This study can be used as a reference for further studies. In conclusion, the profiling system can help manage and improve the current process. The developed system can help the clients to evaluate their teachers easily and sort data.
