Abstract

A restaurant business is a lifetime business because it provides the primary needs of humans, which are foods and beverages. The restaurant business is one of the industries that never loses attractiveness in customer persuasion. The restaurant industry has inflation of approximately 7.5 from 2003 to2004. The industry is full of potential and prospects. It is fast-growing and can lead to success if the owner is capable of managing and operating it well. Some people may think that it will be easy to establish and manage a restaurant if the food tastes good and it has a cozy environment. The main sources of data for this study were data gathered from50 respondents who know about the services that the researchers offered. The target market included students, employees, and residents living near the area. The researchers also used secondary sources of data such as the Internet and books to gain more ideas and concepts. The findings from the study revealed that the restaurant industry in the Philippines is growing rapidly and in demand to the market. This research focused on promoting the quality of service ofManaMirel Restaurant that is located at Regalado, Quezon City. It has a vintage interior that the customers will surely enjoy. Promoting Filipino cuisine locally and internationally is one of the purposes of this restaurant.
