Succession Planning fast process of promoting because of the system Employee. Self-Service providing website for employee. Human Resource Management System has four subsystems; TheHuman Resource Part 1,2 ,3 and 4. That aim recommend the system In a way that competent in terms of process for example think of manual and now applicant all in management system to less hassle and fast transaction through applicant and employee.
