This method assists the proponents in responding to the unpredictability of constructing software. According to the results obtained through the methodology used in this research, it is concluded that: Automated Time Tracking System was more than three times faster than the manual method, making the automated method more cost-effective, minimizing errors and increasing efficiency. The time spent to perform computerized tracing was greater than for manual tracing. The findings of this study clearly show that Human Resource is evolving to play a more strategic role in supporting fundamental business objectives.
