Abstract

Banana is the most common fruit in the Philippines. Banana is also rich in vitamins. Banana has fiber, which is one of the most important nutrients for our body. Our products have a unique taste due to food preservation. Our product has vitamin B6, vitamin A, vitamin C, protein, potassium, iron, and fiber. Many researchers studied food preservation. Because of these studies, the life of food is extended. Bananas are the most consumed fruits in the world. Banana also has anti-cancer and anti-asthma properties. The experimental method involved manipulating one variable to determine if changes in one variable cause change in another variable. A survey questionnaire was used as the instrument. Simple random sampling was used to select the respondents. The results showed that the differences in terms of taste, aroma, nutritional value, and presentation were not significant because students and teachers strongly agreed. Owners can create awareness through various initiatives, such as public relations, programs, sponsorship, and advertisement to assist functional healthy food vendors in developing consumer attitudes and perspiration. The difference was significant to their mechanical properties and physiochemical parameters through the slight changes observed in terms of feel and color.
