Abstract

Coconut palm patty is a delicious patty made of coconut palm that is loved by many Filipinos. It may be prepared in different way, but the base is always palm. The highlight ingredient of this dish is coconut palm, which is being promoted for the health of the students by the DOH and the WHO for its cost-effectiveness and remarkable medical value. The researchers chose the heart of coconut palm patty to make a different product than the other stores. Experimental research can gather considerable data that can help you make better decisions. The instrument used was a survey questionnaire. Survey questionnaire is a type of data gathering method that is utilized to collect, analyze, and interpret different views of a group of people from a particular population. A simple random sampling is a sampling technique where every item in the population has an even chance and likelihood of being selected in the sample. Table 11 shows that teacher group of respondents obtained the frequency of 3.8, with a verbal interpretation of strongly agree. The frequency of student group of respondents was 3.1, which had a verbal interpretation of strongly agree. The difference between the results of the two groups of respondents was not significant. Based on the data gathered, our product has a positive result. Our products had more nutritional benefits than those of the other stores. It is tastier because of the ingredients. Our respondents recommended having a logo in our packaging and placing our finished product in a tissue to make it suck the oil before we put it in a packaging.
