Abstract
The Crad Department at Bestlink College of the Philippines is currently managing and
processing all research data manually; submissions of necessary requirements always
proceed through the hard copy process, As well as the checking of documents; all defense
and payment checks are also done manually, which is time-consuming. However, researchers
have created a system that automates procedures, improves data access and security, and
manages user access. The main purpose of the CRAD system is to streamline processes,
collect information efficiently, obtain approval from stakeholders, and track and report on the
department's defense schedule.

As a result of the research, A web-based system developed by our project team will handle the
process and other research services of the department. The department should get an on-
time submission and quicker checking process, the data they upload should have security
implemented on it, and the backups they made should be hard copies and difficult to keep.
Using our web-based system, the Department should get an on-time submission and quicker
checking process.

The CRAD Management System project in this study will give the CRAD Department a
centralized and effective platform for managing research data and processes, assisting
Bestlink College of the Philippines in growing and developing its research capabilities. By
streamlining the research data and processes, the department can concentrate more on
conducting high-quality research and enhancing the quality of instruction and knowledge
dissemination.
