Abstract

Logistic 1 has four modules in its subsystem: Project Management, Asset Management,
Warehousing, and Procurement. The goal of project management is to successfully
accomplish a project's listed goals and deliverables within the provided restrictions by
planning, executing, monitoring, and managing it. Asset management is a system that assists
businesses in tracking all of their assets, such as vehicles, equipment, and investments.
Warehousing is the process of receiving and keeping items in a warehouse so that they can
later be sold or distributed. Procurement is the process of locating, acquiring, and purchasing
goods, services, or works from a third party.

The implementation of Logistic 1 using the Agile methodology resulted in improved efficiency
and effectiveness of resource management and transportation operations. The four modules
of Logistic 1 were successfully integrated into the system, enabling seamless collaboration
among teams working on complex projects.

The Project Management module enabled effective planning, execution, and monitoring of
projects, which helped to ensure that projects were delivered on time and within budget. The
Asset Management module helped to keep track of all physical assets, resulting in reduced
downtime and maintenance costs. The Warehousing module provided an efficient storage
and distribution solution, enabling the organization to optimize its inventory levels and reduce
delivery times. The Procurement module enabled efficient acquisition of resources at the best
possible prices, resulting in cost savings for the organization.
