Abstract

The service management focuses on providing value to the costumer and on the customer relationship. Service management provides a framework to structure IT-related activities and interaction. 

The Agile Methodology is used in this project. This method is for the short-term development process. It has project planning, product roadmap creation, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and retrospectives. At the beginning of the project, the project team examined several research papers that tackle this field and then extracted all the important data about our research. The project team also conducted an interview to the individual related in Human Resource Management. This helps the project team to understand the processes involved, actions carried out, and the amount of data and information collected during those processes.

 

The System Requirement Specification of Human Resource transaction in Service Management System, determines the system requirements as part of development, design, testing, implementation, and execution of the system. With the help of this document the needs of the company and the solution that will be provided to those needs will be clearly presented

The Project team must be describing the Software Requirements of this project to lessen the problem of the system and to inform the user of this system.

This project will improve the Human Resource Department's operation and functionality. In this project, the integration of the system will allow all the reports required to assess each employee, including selecting candidates for the specific position accessible to evaluate employee's competency, learning, and training development effectively. Furthermore, a centralized employee profile allows each person to view their details such as schedules, pay-slip, and more, including announcements conveniently through a computer or mobile browser.
