Abstract

This study focuses on the main function of the HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
FINANCIAL ( DISBURSEMENT, BUDGET MANAGEMENT, COLLECTION, GENERAL
LEDGER, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/ ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES). The HMS's financial
section has capabilities for accounting, budgeting, revenue cycle management, and financial
reporting. These enable healthcare providers to allocate their financial resources effectively,
track revenue and expenses in real time, and manage those resources efficiently. The HMS's
financial management module is intended to assist healthcare organizations in streamlining
their financial processes, lowering their administrative burdens, and enhancing the accuracy
and dependability of their financial reporting.

The implementation of a financial system can increase the accuracy and dependability of
financial data within a healthcare organization. Financial systems are made to lower the risk of
mistakes and inaccuracies in financial data, which can greatly increase the accuracy and
dependability of financial reports.

Our research focuses on the system elements involved in managing an organization's
financial resources in order to achieve its goals and objectives. Effective financial
management practices can help organizations make informed decisions by analyzing financial
data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. By adopting sound financial practices,
