Abstract

Porridge is still popular among Filipinos, accompanied by many toppings and side dishes
that are really a crowd favorite. The study assessed the customer service strategies in
Tandang Sora, Quezon City, in terms of age, gender, monthly income, community profile,
frequent visits, Accessibility, Promotion and Reputation, affordability, product quality, and
consistency to determine the effective customer strategy for enhancing customer retention
suited for the company and how it will be implemented for the betterment of every business
enterprises.


The results show that the customer assessed in terms of Accessibility, Promotion and
Reputation affordability, product quality, and consistency got an overall weighted mean of
3.61 or strongly agree; it is an indication that although customers' service strategies as
strongly agree, Accessibility, Promotion and Reputation affordability, product quality, and
consistency needs improvement. For the problems encountered by the customers, in
meeting customer service strategies, not having enough parking space to eat got the highest
percentage. This is an indication that the Oww Bett's Kalug's Lugawan store needs to
renovate the parking space to accommodate the customers' vehicles.


The majority of the participants from the survey questionnaire are male customers of Kalug's
Lugawan compared to females. The assessment of the respondents on the Accessibility,
Promotion, and Reputation reveals that when customers are satisfied with their inquiries and
concerns, Implementing a good marketing strategy "Protects customers" data privacy. It
helps to assess the customer strategies. The description of customer retention on the
affordability, product quality, and consistency reveals that Prices meet the expectations of
customers" Satisfy the cravings of the customer and the "place of the business is always
neat and clean" helps to enhance customer retention. The problem encountered in the Oww-
Bets Kalug's Lugawan is Not enough parking space.
