Acceptability of Quail Egg with Malunggay Leaf Mixture

The advent of the new-generation quail egg has been popular because of its delicious taste. Quail eggs are common these days. Quail eggs are more nutritious than chicken eggs. Quail eggs are considered a delicacy in many parts of the world. In other countries, quail eggs are considered as less toxic food because it is the best source of vitamins for human health. The health benefits of quail eggs include the ability to improve vision, hasten metabolism, provide energy, and lower high blood pressure. Given that quail eggs have become popular with this generation, we came up with a new recipe, namely, quail eggs with malunggay(Moringa oleifera)mixture. Malunggaycan beused asa substitute forbutter. Malunggayhas vitamins and minerals that can help strengthen the body’s immune system, especially against infections, such as cough or colds. Malunggayis also high in vitamin C, which is integral for regulating the body’s immune system.Malunggayoilisalsoa herbal medicinein the Philippinesthat is also popularin the Philippines.It is mostly added to Filipino foods, such astinola, diningding, and monggo, to enhance flavor and add necessary nutrients. Malunggaycontains antioxidants. In this study, we used a survey questionnaire(checklist type)to gather information from the respondents to achieve the main objective of the study. The result of this study showed how the acceptability of our product to respondents and how the products will be more marketable. In conclusion, the product is strongly agreed upon by the students and teachers in terms of taste, aroma, nutritional value, and presentation. The researchers recommended that future researchers should use this paper as a guide.
