Most problems that the passengers encountered in traveling from Batangas to Mindoro and vice versa are time management, long distance, and expenses when traveling or boarding on a ferry boat. Hence, the researchers conducted this study to solve these problems by proposing this project. The proposed bridge-tunnel called the Batangas to Mindoro Super Bridge-Tunnel will be the first bridge-tunnel in the Philippines, with a length of 15 km. This study determined the level of acceptability of the project in terms of construction materials, durability, procedures and designs, safeness, and presentation. Quantitative-experimental research was used as the research design for the study, and purposive sampling was utilized to select five civil engineers, five electrical engineers, and five architects to assess the level of acceptability of the Batangas to Mindoro Super Bridge-Tunnel Miniature. This study also utilized a questionnaire to determine whether the proposed project is acceptable in terms of construction materials, durability, procedures and designs, safeness, and presentation. Using the statistical tools used in this study, which are frequency and percentage, weighted mean, and F-test, the result in terms of construction materials, durability, procedures and designs, safeness, and presentation was highly acceptable for civil engineers (3.6), highly acceptable for electrical engineers (3.67), and acceptable for architects (3.11). This result indicated no significant difference between and among the assessments of the three groups of respondents in terms of the aforementioned variables. The F-tabular value was at ∝=0.01 and the F-computed value was 6.93. The overall assessment of the three groups of respondents on the Super Bridge-Tunnel was acceptable. The suggestions//recommendations discussed by the three groups of respondents are as follows: use AD mixture for cement, sand, and gravel mixing; all the construction materials should be inspected by a registered material engineer; refer to different laws, design guidelines, and construction codes that apply the miniature; and pay more time to the procedures and designs for a better appearance. The suggestions forwarded by the respondents should be applied to improve the project.
