Abstract

Human resource management involves coordinating, managing, and optimizing human capital to align with an organization’s objectives. It focuses on employee investment, safety, and overseeing key staffing processes, including recruitment, compensation, and development.  Employee information management entails collecting, organizing, and maintaining employee data, such as personal details, job-related records, and emergency contacts.  Time and attendance management involves tracking and monitoring employee work hours, including start and end times, break durations, sick days, and time off, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient workforce management. During the planning phase, the project team conducted a feasibility study to determine key features and system requirements for the Human Resource Management System, focusing on employee information, automated time and attendance reports, and shift scheduling.  The project's sprints and backlogs were executed and reviewed according to the established timeline to monitor progress effectively. The team integrated time and attendance tracking and employee information management, incorporating features such as image-based time tracking, employee database management, payroll system integration, reporting and analytics, and performance management system integration for a comprehensive and efficient HR solution. The project stressed the importance of employee information management, time and attendance tracking, and shift scheduling in the human resource industry. Its efficient performance enhances HR operations, streamlining processes and improving overall productivity.  This system introduces features that enhance user experience while optimizing HR efficiency. By integrating employee information with the time and attendance module, the Human Resource Management System simplifies payroll processing, improves resource allocation, and ensures compliance with labor regulations. This project emphasizes the importance of automating employee information management, time and attendance tracking, and shift scheduling in the human resource industry. During implementation, the project team identified key challenges and worked to optimize system efficiency.  By streamlining time tracking and integrating a comprehensive employee information and attendance management system with shift scheduling, organizations can enhance workforce accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and optimize human resource management processes.
