Illegal gambling among the youth in Barangay Sauyo, Novaliches, Quezon City has emerged as a pressing concern due to its potentially harmful effects on individuals and the community. It is linked to financial instability, the risk of addiction, and increased involvement in unlawful behavior. The growing participation of young individuals in illegal gambling reflects deeper-rooted social and economic issues that require immediate attention. Among the key contributing factors is financial hardship, which often leads the youth to view gambling as a quick and appealing means to earn money. This chapter details the research methodology, including the research design, respondent selection, sampling procedure, development and validation of the research instrument, distribution and collection processes, and the statistical methods used for data analysis. A descriptive research design was employed to systematically gather and interpret quantitative data, aiming to accurately describe the characteristics, behaviors, or conditions observed within the target population. This chapter details the results gathered through the administration of the survey questionnaire. It systematically analyzes and interprets the participants' responses to provide meaningful insights and directly address the research questions, thereby contributing to the overall objectives and conclusions of the study. This chapter summarizes the key findings of the study, highlighting the overall results and insights drawn from the data.
