Abstract

This research focused on the impact of violence on a child's development prevention methods
at Barangay Payatas, Quezon City. This study also aimed to bring about a fuller
understanding of its nature, offer clues to its prevention, and recognize the special needs for
the care and protection of minors. This study also aimed to bring about a fuller understanding
of its nature, offer clues to its prevention, and recognize the special needs for the care and
protection of minors. The study aimed to explore the lived experiences of the subject by
raising awareness to create a safer environment and strengthen support to respond
appropriately to cases of child abuse and risk violence. To implement forums for community
members to provide input and discuss their ideas and concerns about violence and child
abuse on a regular basis at general membership meetings. To spread awareness and
understanding about child violence and it’s impact on the youth. To give knowledge about
specific types and kinds of violence that affect a child and how it takes part in a child's
development.
