terms of Intrinsic Motivation, while the Daily Allowance was significant in terms of “Passion
and Ambition” while Not Significant in terms of Interest. However, Extrinsic Motivation for
“Sex” was significant in terms of “Salary and Recognition/Reward,” and it is not significant in
terms of “Benefits.” And for the Daily Allowance, there is no significance in terms of “Salary
and Recognition/Reward” and no significance in terms of “Benefits.” The Demographic Profile
and Motivational Factors have no significant relationship. The researcher utilized an
infographic so as to be aware of motivation among 1st year Criminology Students.

This study was dominated by Male respondents, and the researchers analyzed that lots of
Male and Female students want to serve the country. Most of the respondents chose the Daily
Allowance of Two hundred to Two hundred fifty pesos (?200-250), which concluded that most
students taking Criminology courses were supported by their parents and had the ability to
comply with activities that are needed for their study. While analyzing the result of the study,
researchers found out that most respondents have a passion for serving the country because
it is one of their purposes in taking criminology courses. Also, the respondents want to protect
their fellow countrymen because it is their desire or calling to protect their fellow countrymen,
which, in fact, is one of the reasons why they choose to take criminology courses. The
