Abstract

This study develops a comprehensive talent acquisition system to address modern recruitment challenges in service management. The system is designed to streamline job posting, applicant tracking, new‑hire onboarding, performance management, and employee recognition. By offering a fast, efficient, and user‑friendly interface, this system aims to expand candidate reach and improve HR workflow. This project employs Agile Scrum methodology to guide system development. Work is organized into sprints lasting one to two weeks, each targeting specific modules such as job posting features, applicant management, onboarding workflows, performance tracking, or recognition tools. Sprint planning meetings determine objectives, and daily stand‑up meetings monitor progress, outline upcoming tasks, and resolve emerging issues. Sprint reviews and retrospectives ensure continual refinement based on stakeholder feedback. Each sprint produced a functional component that was rigorously reviewed, tested, and refined. The Agile Scrum process facilitated regular updates and rapid adjustments in response to feedback, resulting in incremental improvements across all system modules. Key deliverables: job posting interface, applicant tracking dashboard, onboarding workflows, performance metrics module, and recognition feature, were successfully implemented and validated. The Agile Scrum approach proved effective in maintaining flexibility and responsiveness throughout development. Regular sprint ceremonies enabled real‑time enhancements to design and functionality based on mentor and test‑user input. Coordination challenges emerged during module integration, but clear communication and collaborative sprint sessions addressed these issues efficiently. Overall, the methodology supported iterative progress and ensured that the final system met user requirements.
