This study aimed to persuade the Online Shopping: Experiences of the ABM students and
help other ABM students who don’t use online shopping with the help of suggested
recommendations and interventions. Purposive sampling was applied at Bestlink College of
the Philippines. The quantitative research design is through a survey Questionnaire. The
findings indicate that discounts, convenience, and time can all have an effect on ABM
students' behavior in online shopping. Additionally, it was determined that the challenges that
can influence ABM students in online shopping are Product Expectations, Delivery and
logistics, Customer Service, Discounts, Digital Payments, Product Quality, Additional
Changes, and Lack of Security. With the help of suggested recommendations and
interventions to the challenges, it minimizes the effect that can influence ABM students.
Based on the results of the study, the proposed intervention for the online shopping
experience of ABM students addressed the challenges and helped the students, customers,
and sellers to be more careful and prevent those challenges that they may encounter.
The researchers recommend Students/customers should think of online shopping as a way to
fulfill their needs and desires since it is more convenient and less time-consuming than
traditional shopping, and also, you can find any product you want there. Online buyers should
be careful when buying everything they need online to prevent any problems they might
encounter. For future researchers, this study is highly recommended; this may serve as A
reference or guide for those who want to conduct the same customer satisfaction survey on
online shopping sites. Business owners should think that online business has a big impact in
terms of the method of product marketing and internet sales.
