Abstract

Machines are one of the most important things inside a fast food chain restaurant because
they will greatly help the employees manage the food for the customers and also give
satisfaction to the customers. A great selection of kitchen machinery can help fast-food chain
restaurants make things possible for their customers.


As to work positions, respondents with the highest frequency are working in the mining
industry and have a civil status as single. In in-store operations, respondents sanitized tools
and utensils, preheated equipment, checked incoming bulky orders, wiped down menus,
turned off machines and other equipment, turned off gas lines, turned off the electric fuse in
Fast Food Chain A, in Fast Food Chain B respondents of wipe down menus, turn off machines
and other equipment, turn off gas lines, turn off the electric fuse and, turn off gas lines, turn off
the electric fuse. In customer feedback, the respondents rated food quality, food safety,
hygiene, flexibility when possible, store furniture equipment, and ambiance in Fast Food
Chain A. And the respondents of Fast Food Chain B ambiance. These two are the majority of
customers’ feedback. In target sales, In Fast Food Chain A, suggest selling all products that
need to be purchased by the customer, and in Fast Food Chain B, apply 5 mins. Standard
service time at the counter area is 10 to 15 minutes of cooking and service time in the kitchen,
suggestive selling of all products that need to be purchased by the customer, and offering
other products if a product is not available or out of stock.


This study is important to employees who have little knowledge of machinery; this also helps
them maintain machinery properly. Learning about machines is a big advantage to a student
whenever he wants to learn how to use it or how to fix damaged machinery.
