Abstract

The researchers noticed that scattered bottle caps are one of the problems in our school. This research focused on what will be the benefits of recycling bottle caps to make it floor mat among Grade 12 Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) Strandstudents at Bestlink College of the Philippines. The study opened up the mind of the students to help our environment. A qualitative method was used in this study by using a descriptive research design. This study involved 50 selected grade 12 ABM students. Five variables, such as student’s creativity, cleanliness of the school, and benefits for students, were considered as the benefits of recyclable bottle caps to make it floor mat among Grade 12 ABM Strandstudents in Bestlink College of the Philippines. One of the factors that will benefit in recycling bottle caps to make it floor mat is the creativity of every student, which will be improved. It will also open up the mind of every student on how to recycle nonusable things to make new ones. The study showed that recycling bottle caps gives more benefits to the students. The results of the study showed that ABM students will be more creative in recycling bottle caps. Recyclable bottle caps to make it a floor mat will help the students and also the school to reduce the scattered plastic bottles on our campus. The recyclable bottle caps to make it floor mat will help the environment and the students to clean their classroom and lessen the times their classroom has to be swept.
