Abstract

The research focused on how effective a trashcan is made by a plastic bottle inside the campus and how it going to be helpful to Grade 12 Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) Strandstudents of Bestlink College of the Philippines. A qualitative method was used in this study by using a descriptive research design. This study involved 50 selected grade 12 ABM Strandstudents with three variables, such as the benefits of making trashcan by using plastic bottles, the benefits of making trashcan by using plastic bottles for students, and the other intervention to be made in protecting the environment. The researchers recommended recycling scattered plastic bottles. The researchers also recommended recycling scattered plastic bottles to lessen plastic bottle waste and help avoid contacting diseases. The study revealed that a recyclable trashcan can help the school, environment, students, and everyone. The study also showed students will gain the most benefits by becoming responsible for their surroundings.
