Effectiveness of Eco Pillow Made of Plastics to Minimize Plastic Wastes in Bestlink College of the Philippines, S.Y. 2019–2020

Abstract

In this generation, it is impossible to walk on the street without seeing plastic garbage. People want to have a better environment, but they will never do anything to make it better. Recycling is a simple way to save our environment. To lessen the expenses, plastic foil can be used to make a pillow because it is inexpensive, and plastic can also make many ideas that we can use. It will help the environment and people for having a better life and future because recycling is better than throwing. The researchers chose the qualitative method because this is based on the subjective opinion of the respondents. The researchers also chose a descriptive design. Many people throw plastics around after eating and do not throw them in the correct trash can. This product can help maintain the cleanliness of the school, and students will benefit once the eco pillow is done by collecting it plastic. This action plan revealed the effectiveness of using eco-pillow to minimize plastic waste in Bestlink College of the Philippines. The researchers concluded that the students will make an eco-pillow to use in their free time and help the environment lessen the garbage. The eco-pillow made of plastic will be effective in minimizing plastic waste in the school.
