Abstract

This research focused on how two large trash cans affect the students, teachers, and school utilities, as well as how two large trash cans for food waste can manage the waste of the students and teachers in the food court about segregation. The researchers used a qualitative and descriptive method by giving them a survey questionnaire. The respondents of this study were 50 selected Grade 12 Accountancy, Business, and Management Strandstudents from Bestlink College of the Philippines. Three variables, such as students’ discipline, teachers’ mood, and Utilities Staff. The results of this study showed that most of the respondents strongly agreed that garbage affects their academic performance. Factors such as lack of focus on the most common effects of this project because of the dirt students see in the school canteen. Students can feel uncomfortable, which may affect their mood in school, especially in the classroom. This research can help the students, teachers, admin, and school utilities. This research can help school utilities, students, and teachers because the waste from the canteen can be reduced. The researchers conducted this research for students and teachers, as well as school utilities, to secure the cleanliness of the school environment and promote proper segregation.
